Ordering and Menus

  • If your child's school participates in the Chef El's Kitchen School Program, click the Parent Portal button, select your school, and browse the available menu. Add your selections to your cart, complete checkout, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

  • Menus are typically posted several weeks in advance so families have plenty of time to review meal options and place orders.

  • Order deadlines vary by school. Please refer to your school's ordering calendar for the most accurate cutoff dates and times.

  • Yes. If you have more than one child enrolled in a participating school, you can manage all of their meal orders from a single account.

  • Orders may be modified before your school's published ordering deadline. Once the deadline has passed, changes may not be available.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online ordering system.

  • Payment is processed at the time your order is placed unless otherwise specified by your school's ordering platform.

  • Yes. An email confirmation and receipt will be sent after every successful order.
